Understand the seven-day device trial, two-Mac allowance and the preparation status of annual Pro.

How the trial starts
Requesting a notification, trying the sample demo or using the free tools on this website does not start a trial. The exact app action that starts the period and the place showing its expiry have not yet been verified in the native trial flow. Making an installer available does not replace that separate acceptance. The verified start and expiry explanation will be updated together on pricing and in this guide; no exact start event is promised here.
The trial is defined as seven days using a device identity. Mandatory email registration before downloading is not a prerequisite of this flow. Requesting again on the same device is not designed to restart the trial. Reinstalling the app does not promise a new trial allowance.
Local tools and public sharing
Creating a public URL requires an active trial or eligible Pro license. The selected offer keeps local domains, local HTTPS and the inspector available as free local tools. The selected annual Pro scope is two Macs with one simultaneous public URL per Mac. Your count of local domains is not your public tunnel concurrency.
Using a license
- Check the device and license state in the app's licensing area.
- Activate a valid key securely if you have one. Do not place the key in support messages or screenshots.
- For a device limit or legacy license question, contact support rather than retrying the key repeatedly. This guide does not provide customer-portal device removal or key recovery. Prepare your version and a purchase reference stripped of sensitive details; do not send your license key.
Annual offer status
The $39/year shown on pricing is the selected regional price for international customers. Pro is in preparation; sales and payments are not open yet. The proposed allowance is a total of 20 GB/month shared between the license's two Macs. Final allowances and usage terms will be published before sales open. There are no automatic renewals or automatic overage charges.
Legacy licenses
A previous version's “lifetime” wording, different price or different device count does not automatically migrate a license to the annual contract. Existing license rights and a new public service term are evaluated separately. Contact support with proof of purchase, without card details or a license key.
