LOCALTR / SUPPORT

Find the layer. Resolve the issue.

Choose a guide for setup, HTTPS, public connections or licensing. If needed, prepare an email with only the necessary, redacted details.

Three checks before you write.

  1. Does the local service respond?

Open localhost at the correct port. If the error starts there, check your development server first.

Check the local name and port mapping
  2. Did local naming and HTTPS pass separately?

Separate name/port mapping from certificate trust. Trust on your Mac is not automatic on another device.

    Read the HTTPS trust steps
  3. Did you test public sharing from another network?

The Mac, LocalTR and service must stay running. Check password, pause and active trial/license state. Check your application's own session and authorization separately.

All troubleshooting and removal prechecks

The removal guide contains safety prechecks; it is not a verified complete helper, CA and data cleanup procedure. Ask for help before deleting records whose ownership is uncertain.

LOCALTR / SUPPORT

Did the checks leave you stuck?

Use the blank template to prepare the steps that passed and a redacted error message. A support email does not subscribe you to product notifications. The download-opening notification is separate and optional; it does not open a support request or start a trial.
